You never receive the same lead twice. This is enforced in the database at the moment of export, which is why an export sometimes returns fewer rows than your filter matches.

Each plan has a monthly and a daily export allowance, written as monthly (max daily): Free 200/mo (max 20 in a single day), Starter 2,000/mo (max 200 in a single day), Growth 5,000/mo (max 500 in a single day), Pro 10,000/mo (max 1,000 in a single day), Agency 30,000/mo (max 2,000 in a single day). The daily figure is a throttle, not a separate budget — it stops a single account draining a day of fresh inventory in one morning. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing anniversary, and the daily one at 00:00 UTC.

The directory shows everything that matches your filters; an export can only contain leads that are available to you. Leads already delivered to their maximum of 3 buyers, leads cooling down within 10 days of their last delivery, and leads still inside your plan's access delay are held back. Rows you exported before are also excluded. The export screen states the real number before you buy, and you are only charged for what will be delivered.

Full contacts — including named personal emails and phone numbers — are shown for businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India and the UAE. Everywhere else, only company contacts are shown, such as info@ addresses and office lines; never personal emails, mobile numbers or names.

Every lead carries a freshness tier that combines how recently the site went live with whether we found a usable contact for it. 🟢 Green: Live within the last 7 days, with a strong contact: a usable email address or phone number read cleanly from the site, and never an address we have checked and found undeliverable. These are the freshest leads and the ones worth contacting first. 🟡 Amber: Live within the last 30 days, with at least one usable contact method found — this includes shared mailboxes such as info@. Still recent, but more likely to have been approached by someone already. 🔴 Red: Older than 30 days, or no contact we are willing to stand behind. Useful for research and enrichment, not for cold outreach. Before you export, we show how many of the matching leads are Green, Amber and Red, and you can restrict the export to Green only or Amber or better with one click.
