Each plan has a monthly and a daily export allowance, both counted in leads: Free 200/month (20/day), Starter 2,000/month (200/day), Growth 5,000/month (500/day), Pro 10,000/month (1,000/day), Agency 30,000/month (2,000/day). The daily figure is a throttle, not a separate budget — it stops a single account draining a day of fresh inventory in one morning. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing anniversary, not on the 1st of the month, and the daily one resets at 00:00 UTC. If an export would exceed your allowance you are told which limit applies and when it resets before anything is charged or deducted.

Every lead in CertLeads is delivered to a maximum of 3 customers, ever, and after each delivery it is held back for 10 days before it can go to anyone else — so the same new business is never sold to three people on the same morning. You also never receive the same lead twice across two exports. This is enforced in the database at the moment of export, not by a setting, which is why an export sometimes returns fewer rows than your filter matches.

Because the directory shows everything that matches your filters, while an export can only contain leads that are actually available to you. Three things hold rows back: leads already delivered to their maximum of 3 buyers, leads cooling down within 10 days of their last delivery, and leads still inside your plan's access delay. Rows you have already exported before are also excluded, so you are never sent or charged for the same lead twice. The export screen states the real number before you buy, and you are only ever charged for what will actually be delivered.

Email verification is metered separately from your plan, in tokens: one token verifies one email address. Packs are 1,000 tokens for $5, 5,000 tokens for $20, 25,000 tokens for $80. Tokens are deducted before the check runs and automatically refunded for any address the provider could not resolve, so you never pay for a non-answer. Tokens do not expire and are separate from your export allowance — verification is optional, and every plan works fully without it.

Monthly subscriptions carry a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first ever subscription; annual subscriptions carry 30 days. One-time CSV exports are non-refundable once the download link has been generated and emailed, except where a bug prevented the link from being generated at all — then it is a full refund. These are the freshest leads and the ones worth contacting first. 🟡 Amber: Live within the last 30 days, with at least one contact method found. Still recent, but more likely to have been approached by someone already. 🔴 Red: Older than 30 days, or no contact method found. Useful for research and enrichment, not for cold outreach. Exports default to Green only, because most quality complaints come from people who exported everything and judged the data by its worst rows. You can opt into Amber and Red deliberately.
